How do I add to my shopping cart?
Once you find an item(s) you'd like to buy, simply click the 'Add to Cart' button on the item page.

How do I know my item has been added to my cart?
Once you have clicked on the 'Add to Cart' button, your page will refresh and the item will be added to your cart. You can locate the shopping cart and view your items by clicking the 'My Cart' button at the top of the page.

How do I get to the checkout?
Click the 'My Cart' button at the top of the page, then click the 'Checkout' button

How do I edit my items?
Click the 'My Cart' button at the top of the page - you can remove items or amend quantities and your cart will automatically update

How do I check the shipping costs on my items?
Click the 'My Cart' button at the top of the page, then click 'Calculate Shipping'. Enter your details and your shipping costs will be calculated

How do I know my order has been recieved?
Once we recieve your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing all the details of your order

How do I track my order?
Click the 'Order Tracking' button at the top of the page and login to your account

My order hasn't arrived?
Contact us on the details listed here if you have not recieved your order

How do I create an account?
Click the 'Login/Sign-Up' button at the top of the page and press 'Create Account'. Once you have created an account you can use it for future purchases, and the items you place in your basket will be remembered. If you are a member with a discount for all purchases, you will need to log in first to ensure the discount is applied to your purchase.

I forgot my password
Click the 'Login/Sign-Up' button at the top of the page and press 'Forgot your Password'. You will recieve an email detailing how to reset your password.

Do you ship to my country?
Click the 'My Cart' button at the top of the page, then click 'Calculate Shipping' - there is a drop down list of countries to choose from, if your country is listed then our online store will ship to you.
If your country is not listed and you wish to order a durable product (eg accessories, clothes, homewares) which is less than 5 kilos , please e-mail or call +612 8011 0200 to place an order. Please note that we do not send bulky or heavy items, food or perishable items overseas. Due to the amount of fraud which has been attempted, we also do not ship to countries in Africa or the Middle East, with the exception of South Africa, for customers who we do not know personally.

What are my payment choices?
Payment options will be listed on the third page of the secure checkout. 

When will my order ship?
We do our best to dispatch all orders within two business days of recieving them

Once you have entered all details at Checkout, click 'Continue to Shipping Options' and shipping options and charges will be displayed

Price information
We aim to have prices which are among the lowest in Australia for most of our products, but cannot guarantee that they will always be the cheapest available.
We are always happy to quote you prices for any order worth over $100, or for purchases of multiple items, and we are always interested to hear from you if you see prices advertised elsewhere (other than eBay or clearance outlets) that are significantly lower than ours. I need a copy of my receipt/invoice
If your invoice receipt has not been received, please contact us on the details listed here to have one sent directly to you. Please quote the first part of your order number when you contact us in order to speed up processing of your request.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged via our EFTPOS terminal in normal working hours. If your card cannot be charged, the goods you ordered will not be sent, but we will endeavour to contact you to resolve payment.

What if I am not happy with my purchase?
We are normally happy to exchange or refund if you are unhappy with your purchase, provided the item is returned in its original condition with packaging intact. However, we reserve the right to charge you any out of pocket expenses which we incur if there is no fault in the product, or mistake on our part. This could include a re-stocking or re-conditioning charge for special order items, heavy or buky items, or items returned in used condition or without the original pacakging.  Please be careful to check all information, sizes and product reviews before placing your order for a product in order to minimise the chances of needing to make a return.
