How do I add to the shopping cart?
You can add to the shopping cart basket directly from the products thumbnail page or from the detailed page of a product.
Next to the main image of every product there is a box titled "add to cart", within this box there will be a button which you can click on to add this item to the basket.
How do I know my item has been added to the shopping cart?

How do I know my order has been received?
Once an order is received to the site owners administration, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you entered during the sites secure checkout.

You can check the status of your order by clicking into the "Order Tracking" section via the link on the top menu navigation bar.
My order never arrived

When will my backorder arrive?
Your item will be received within the time frame recommended on the product page of the item when it was purchased.
If we anticipate a delay of more than 3 working days before despatch, we normally endeavour to contact you by phone or e-mail to advise you of delay and offer alternatives or refunds if appropriate.

How do I create an account?
In the side column of the online store you will see a members box.
In this box you can click on the link to go to the secure log in or account creation page.
Once you have created the account, you can use this for future purchases where the items you place in your basket will be remembered even if you leave this online store and come back later.
If you are a member with a discount for all purchases, you will need to log in first to ensure the discount is applied to your purchase.

Do you ship to my country?
To find out if we ship to your country, first fill your shopping basket and locate the shopping cart basket on the side column of this site.

Once you click on this link there is a drop down list of countries to choose from, if your country is listed then our online store will ship to you.
If your country is not listed and you wish to order a durable product (eg accessories, clothes, homewares) which is less than 5 kilos , please e-mail or call +612 8011 0200 to place an order.
Please note that we do not send bulky or heavy items, food or perishable items overseas.
Due to the amount of fraud which has been attempted, we also do not ship to countries in Africa or the Middle East, with the exception of South Africa, for customers who we do not know personally.

There are three ways to find the item you are looking for.
1) Browse through the stores categories.
2) Use the Search (or Fetch) tool located on the left and right hand navigation panels to find the item through keywords.
3) Browse by brand listed on the left navigation panel (but note that not every brand we stock is included in that list).
How do I know if my product is in stock ready to ship or pick-up immediately?
If you need your product immediately, it is best to call or e-mail us to check that it is in stock, because our stock availability is not updated in real-time to reflect sales made via telephone or personal visitors. When we become aware that there will be a wait of more than 3 or 4 days for a product, we show it as Out of Stock on the online store, and, if possible, give an estimated time when it will be back in stock.
If you are planning to come in to buy or collect a product you have seen online, it is advisable to call ahead to check availability, because some items are not held in stock at our premises.
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
We are normally happy to exchange or refund if you are unhappy with your purchase, provided the item is returned in its original condition with packaging intact. However, we reserve the right to charge you any out of pocket expenses which we incur if there is no fault in the product, or mistake on our part. This could include a re-stocking or re-conditioning charge for special order items, heavy or buky items, or items returned in used condition or without the original pacakging. Please be careful to check sizes and product reviews before placing your order for a product in order to minimise the chances of needing to make a return.
