It all helps us to refine our product range, improve our value proposition, and give other prospective customers  information to help them in their buying decisions.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Here at Bowhouse we love animals, particularly our furry four-legged friends, and we are particularly passionate about dogs and cats.  We like to stick to what we are good at, so we do not supply products for horses, fish, birds, reptiles or other creatures.
We do not deal in livestock, and in principle we (and most of our customers) support Clover Moore's proposed new legislation regarding the sale of puppies and kittens in retail shops and shopping malls. 
There are so many rescue dogs in need of a good home, and so many specialist breeders who do a great job that we prefer to leave it to them to find good homes for their animals.  We've heard too many stories about young pups and kittens bought on impulse (often at that outlet we refer to as "Pets Purgatory") that were then neglected and or in need of a new home, and of pets with no certifiable history who have turned out to have health or behavioural issues...

Do not send us products without an order from us, unless they are samples which you do not want returned, or products for free consumer sampling or promotion. 
If you can provide high-resolution images which we can use in our advertising or web-site, you will have an improved chance of a trial order from us to test your product in-store and/or online.

Due to the volume of products we receive, we cannot guarantee to respond to all product submissions but we endeavour to give you feedback by e-mail within 2 weeks of receipt.

WHOLESALE
Our wholesale business is at an early stage, but we have a few initial outlets taking products from us on a "One-Stop Shop" basis in NSW, VIC and QLD already. If you are interested in buying from us on a wholesale basis, e-mail topdog@bowhouse.com.au.

FRANCHISING
It is our intention to have 5 stores or more trading successfully in New South Wales before we develop any franchises, and we may then look for franchisees to develop a network throughout Australia. 
However, we have more interest in developing concessions in department stores, pet day-care centres, pet grooming operations, and event-driven mobile operations than in traditional "template" franchises.
