Delivery Areas and Costs

Wherever possible, we prefer to despatch items with Fastway Couriers to Sydney Metro, Shorthaul NSW destinations and the destinations listed in the table below.

Typical costs per parcel (up to 25 kg) for delivery via Fastway are as follows:

Service times shown above are from time of despatch from Bowhouse.
We cannot gurantee immediate despatch of orders, but we endeavour to notify you if there will be a delay of more than 3 working days before despatch.
If time is of the essence to your order, please contact us, ideally by e-mail, to check availability before placing your order.

For destinations not included in the coloured areas above, or PO Box addresses, we use Australia Post.

Our Shipping calculator will calculate in real time the postage cost to any national or international destination, but at this stage it cannot calculate a precise cost for all Fastway deliveries outside the areas listed above. 
To use the calculator, simply add the items you are interested in to your shopping cart, then either click "View Cart" at the top of the page, or click on "Calculate Delivery Cost" underneath your Shopping Cart on the right-hand navigation panel.

Deliveries to Post Offices, PO Boxes and, (up to 3kg) to New Zealand and other international destinations are made via AusPost. 

Free postage applies to Red Dingo and BowWow Bling pet tags for most destinations.

Please note:
We do not normally deliver chilled, frozen or perishable foodstuffs.

Items over 20kg (or equivalent in carriers' volume terms) outside our local delivery area are at our discretion and subject to surcharges levied after Checkout - subject, of course to your prior agreement. 
This typically applies only to Large/Extra Large sizes of Dog Houses, Pens and Crates; Pet Patio Doors; and Large cat trees and furniture, which we have to split into separate shipping cartons.
