Our Local Delivery Area extends 6-7km from our store at Bondi Beach, and it includes most of Sydney's Eastern beaches and suburbs:
- All of Waverley (Bondi, Bondi Beach, Bondi Junction, North Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte)
- Most of Randwick (including Charing Cross, Randwick, Clovelly)
- Most of Woollahra and parts of Sydney (including Bellevue Hill, Vaucluse, Double Bay, Rose Bay, Watsons Bay, Queens Park)
- Most of Paddington.
- Other areas east of Darlinghurst Road and Flinders Street, and certain parts of Surry Hills, East Redfern and Darlinghurst.
Delivery within these areas is free for orders over $100, and $5 for orders between $50 and $100, and is normally carried out on Tuesday or Wednesday evening between 6 and 8 pm.
We also deliver most products up to 25kg anywhere in Australia via Fastway Couriers, but we only charge you, our customer, the same rate that Australia Post would charge - that is the price you will be givn on the Shipping Calculator.
Deliveries to Post Offices, PO Boxes and, (up to 3kg) to New Zealand and other international destinations are made via AusPost.
Free postage applies to Red Dingo pet tags for most destinations.
Please note:
We do not normally deliver chilled, frozen or perishable foodstuffs, even within our Local Delivery Area.
Items over 25kg (or equivalent in carriers' volume terms) outside our local delivery area are at our discretion and subject to surcharges levied after Checkout - subject, of course to your prior agreement.
This typically applies only to Large/Extra Large sizes of Dog Houses, Pens and Crates; Pet Patio Doors; and Large cat trees and furniture, which we have to split into separate shipping cartons. |
