Cat Owners Please Note:
Daily brushing is a great idea for both dogs, but it may be best to use this toothpaste on a less frequent basis with cats.
Some cats may have trouble assimilating the tea tree oil in the product in the amount they could might ingest with daily brushing.
It is not uncommon for cats (and occasionally, dogs) to be sensitive to essential oils like tea tree oil, and if your pet shows any signs that concern you, discontinue use of the product.
If problems persist after discontinuing use and if it seems appropritate, consult your vet.
